PerformanceParts.Ford.com is owned by Ford Motor Company, Ford Performance, 1800 Fairlane, Diagnostic Service Center, Allen Park, MI 48101.

The business purpose of this website is to provide Ford Performance Parts enthusiasts information on performance parts including technical information, and human-interest stories of people who use and install Ford Performance Parts. The website also provides registration for the Contingency Award program, Warranty, ProCal Tool, and allows warehouse distributors to place orders for performance parts and to obtain information on those orders.

For added convenience, a select set of site features are accessible from web-enabled mobile devices as a mobile-optimized web experience. The intent is to provide screens that are optimized for the size of screen and operating system. On some devices these site features may be limited in functionality.

Online Tracking Information

When you visit this site analytics providers may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites.

Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret web browser-based “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals other than cookies, Ford Motor Company does not currently respond to undefined “DNT” signals to its US websites.

For purposes of this Privacy Statement, personally identifiable information is information that identifies you as an individual such as your name, street address, telephone number, email address, and, in order to process Contingency Awards, Social Security Number. Business contact information includes business name, address, phone, email address, and, in order to process Contingency Awards, business tax ID. While much of this website is viewable without providing personal or business contact information, it offers three different programs that require registration and login to participate: the Contingency Award program, the ProCal Tool purchase program, and a program for warehouse distributors. Visitors will be unable to receive our Newsletter unless they provide their personal or business email address.

Contingency Award and ProCal Tool purchase programs:

If you opt not to provide us with personal information you can still access our website, however you may be unable to log-in to various portions of the website, participate in the Contingency Award program, purchase a ProCal Tool, or request monthly updates from Ford Performance Parts.

This site may use session and persistent “cookies” to collect personally identifiable information. An explanation for each of these items and how they work is included in Section 7 – Methods Used to Collect Information.

Warehouse Distributors:

Initially, an assigned administrator at a warehouse distributor must contact Ford Performance Parts to obtain login credentials to use this website. Administrators can then enter other individuals at the warehouse distributor into the system to whom they delegate responsibilities. When you log in, we need to collect additional business contact information in order to verify user identity. After you have signed in, we will not collect any additional business contact information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you opt not to provide us with business contact you can still access our website, however you may be unable to order Ford Performance Parts online or obtain online information regarding those orders.

This site may use session and persistent “cookies” to collect business contact information. An explanation for each of these items and how they work is included in Section 7 – Methods Used to Collect Information.

Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information from you when you visit FordPerformanceParts.com is to provide you the functionality and services that you need to have a meaningful and customized experience while using the site features.
